Abstract
The model of accumulation of harmful substances in a so-called cloud of «pollution» is considered. On an example of the boiler-houses working on various kinds of fuel, it is shown, that if to not reduce volumes of total emissions of harmful substances in atmospheric air later certain time concentration of these substances in atmospheric air can reach a critical point at which stirring these impurity in air space pure air will not take place.
